IWD creative support - Terms & Conditions

Organised by Oakwood Media Group Ltd. Whose registered office is at 10 Temple Back, Bristol BS1 6FL 

  • This fund is available to businesses and organisations in the United Kingdom except employees of Oakwood Media Group Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this initiative.
  • There is no application fee and no purchase necessary to apply for this initiative.
  • By applying, an applicant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • Businesses may apply by completing the form at IWD 2024
  • Closing date for applying will be 31 March at 23:59pm UK. After this date no further applications to the initiative will be permitted. Oakwood Media Group reserve the right to extend the deadline if required. The terms and conditions will be updated if this occurs.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for applications not received for whatever reason.
  • Oakwood Media Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the initiative and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Oakwood Media Group control. Any changes to the initiative will be notified to applicants as soon as possible by Oakwood Media Group.
  • Oakwood Media Group is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any applicant by any third party connected with this initiative. 
  • Oakwood Media Group are offering up to £10,000 worth of marketing support for one business or organisation who actively supports the inclusion of women and girls in the community. The types of support might include design, strategy, digital or social and this will be agreed between Oakwood Media Group and the winner based on their requirements. 
  • No monetary fund can be offered. The £10,000 fund will be Oakwood Media Group services only and has no cash value. 
  • A shortlist of applicants who meet our criteria and will be selected at random by an independent judge. The criteria is: 
    • Charities or businesses with under 50 employees 
    • Charities or businesses who are actively working to support women
  • Note, applicants must be able to demonstrate how women are directly benefiting from your services. The winner will be notified by 30th April Following this they will be asked to attend an interview following which the final winner will be selected. They will also be notified by email
  • We will make two attempts to contact the successful applicant. After this time we will select another winner. 
  • Oakwood Media Group's decision in respect of all matters to do with the initiative will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • Application into the initiative will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • You are providing your information to Oakwood Media Group and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy
