Increasing excitement for ABB’s excitation system

Helping ABB launch the next generation UNITROL® excitation system meant translating complex engineering into compelling storytelling. From the outset, the ambition was clear – create a bold campaign that would stand out in a highly technical market.

We began with working sessions alongside the sales teams to shape positioning and create a messaging framework that addressed customer needs whilst displaying key product benefits. With new brand guidelines rolling out at the same time, we adapted quickly – pivoting visuals as needed.

A defining feature of the campaign was advanced 3D visualisation and animation. We developed two complementary styles: technically precise beauty renders aligned to brand standards, and elevated, atmospheric hero visuals that made a typically understated product feel powerful and premium.

The campaign rolled out across video, brochure, sales presentations and social media – driving traffic to a dedicated landing page and delivering clear, consistent messaging across every touchpoint.
