Each single part of Majestic, the UK's leading wine specialist – from stores to the support centre, online to on the-road – has the potential to affect how their customers feel about the Majestic experience.
Research showed that the brand need to become more ‘modern’ and ‘accessible’ to attract potential new customers, helping them to discover more wines, beers and spirits they will buy and love.
We worked with the Majestic team to fully define the brand, returning to a cleaner iconic grapes logo and building a visual platform for consistent application across all channels.
